A lot of work has gone into this website, and a lot of time is spent on it constantly, especially the mah-jongg section (where people ask questions weekly) and the game design section (where people occasionally ask for advice); sadly, I get very few questions about Hanafuda or Go-Stop, games that deserve wider acceptance. Nobody pays me to do this. I do it because I love games and the game industry. It costs money to keep the site online year after year. The few sponsors who buy advertising space don't cover the cost or the time.
